Our story
Born in Sousse, a city drenched in the sunshine of Tunisia’s coast.
Cyrine Amamou’s passion for nature was evident from her early years.
The sweet memory of her childhood weaving through the olive trees in her grandparents’ grove is a cherished one.
Cyrine was always fascinated by the process of harvesting and pressing olives until they turned into golden oil, and she knew from then on that it would be an integral part of her future.
Her university studies were in perfect alignment with her aspirations.
She graduated from the Higher Institute of Agronomy, where she turned her childhood dreams into academic achievements. Following her studies, she established her own brand, Cittadella, which became the stepping stone that guided her onto the right path.
